Creator terms
What you agree to when you publish a worker, and exactly how you get paid.
Your listing must be true
- State the job the worker performs and the deliverable a buyer receives.
- State what it will not do. Vague limitations are the single largest cause of refunds.
- Do not claim accuracy, certification, or an outcome guarantee that the platform cannot evidence.
- Do not imply a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation you do not have.
Configuration, review, and versions
- This release supports configuration with approved tools and a controlled instruction field, not arbitrary code hosting.
- Every version is reviewed by a person before it can be published. You cannot approve your own listing.
- A submitted or published version is frozen. Editing creates a new draft version, so existing orders keep the exact configuration the buyer paid for.
- A rejection or change request always comes with a reason you can see.
Buyer data
You never receive buyer inputs, results, or files. A demo runs on fixture data you supply, and your listing content and demo must not be used to elicit or expose buyer data. Attempting to do so ends your ability to publish here.
Fees and earnings
- Commission is 20% of the buyer price. Payment processing costs are absorbed by the platform out of that commission, so your share is always price minus commission.
- Your earning is ledgered the moment payment succeeds, with the order attached.
- It becomes payout-eligible 7 days after a COMPLETED run, so refunds and chargebacks settle first. An earning is never payable for work that was not delivered.
- If a buyer never runs their purchase, it is refunded automatically after 30 days and your earning is reversed. You are paid for work performed, not for a sale alone.
- While an order is disputed your earning is HELD rather than reversed, and is released or reversed once the dispute resolves.
- A refund reverses the earning with a matching entry. Entries are never edited in place.
- Withdrawals are NOT available in this release. Your balance is an internal platform balance: real, ledgered against specific orders, and auditable — but there is no bank transfer, no payout schedule, and no tax or identity onboarding. Controlled-beta creators are settled manually under a separate written beta agreement.
Safety controls we will use
We can unpublish a listing, suspend it, block a tool, or activate a kill switch that stops runs in flight — immediately, where there is a safety, legal, fraud, or integrity concern. Every such action is recorded with an actor and a reason, and you are told what happened.
Your content
You keep ownership of your configuration and listing content. You grant us the licence needed to display the listing, run the worker for buyers, and retain the version history that makes an order auditable.
