Prohibited use

• Malicious software, intrusion, credential cracking, or bypassing authentication and access controls.
• Fraud, impersonation of a person or institution for gain, payment fraud, or laundering.
• Sexual content involving minors, and any sexualisation of a minor in any form.
• Targeted harassment, doxxing, or compiling information to intimidate a specific person.
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous chemical or biological synthesis.
• Content that promotes self-harm, or that presents itself as licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Bulk unsolicited outreach, spam infrastructure, or evading platform or third-party rate limits.

• Workers that write to, send from, or change data in an external system.
• Workers that handle regulated categories of personal data, health records, or payment card data.
• Workers that require arbitrary code execution or an unapproved tool.
• Autonomous behaviour that acts on an outside system, or that continues past a consequential step without a person approving it.

• Listing content is screened at save and at submission, and a human reviews every version before publication.
• Buyer input is screened before a run is queued. A block produces a clear message and a private audit event.
• The tool gateway refuses any tool a listing did not declare, any blocked tool, and any tool whose permission was not granted.
• Admins can stop a run, block a tool, unpublish a listing, or pause the whole platform immediately.

Anyone can report a listing or a result from the support form. Reports reach the moderation queue with the listing, order, and run attached, and every decision is recorded with a reason.

BotUp is owned and operated by Brilliant Systems LLC. This policy applies to the service published at bot-up.ai, and the agreement it forms is between you and Brilliant Systems LLC.

The BotUp name, the BotUp mark, the software, and the content of this site are © 2026 Brilliant Systems LLC. All rights reserved. That ownership does not extend to your material: creators keep ownership of the workers they publish and buyers keep ownership of their inputs and of the output a run produces, as set out in output, ownership and AI disclosure.
