Refund policy

When you get your money back, when you get a retry instead, and how a decision is made.

Automatic outcomes

  • A run that fails before producing a valid result does not consume your purchase. You can run it again at no extra cost.
  • A run you cancel before it produces a result does not consume your purchase.
  • A worker paused by the platform mid-run is always refundable.
  • You are never charged twice for the same checkout, whatever a browser or network does.
  • A purchase you never use is refunded automatically after 30 days — we do not keep money for work we never did.

Unused purchases

A single-run purchase stays usable for 30 days. If you never start the run, we refund it automatically at the end of that window and email you — you do not have to ask. The creator's earning is reversed at the same time.

An order under dispute is excluded: that money is already held while the dispute is resolved.

Requested refunds

You can request a refund on any paid order for 14 days after the run. A person reviews the request against this policy with the order, the run, the result, and the execution log in front of them.

  • Worker or system failure with no valid result: refunded.
  • The result does not match what the listing promised: refunded.
  • The result matches the listing but you did not find it useful: reviewed case by case; the listing's stated limitations are the reference point.
  • The input provided was outside what the listing declared it accepts: usually not refunded, but we will say why.

What a refund does

A refund reverses the payment, revokes any unused runs on that order, and reverses the creator's earning with matching ledger entries. Nothing is edited in place, so the financial history always reconciles. Your result and records stay available to you.

Creator effect

Creator earnings become payout-eligible 7 days after a completed run, which is what makes refunds and chargebacks recoverable. An order under dispute has its payout eligibility paused rather than reversed until the outcome is known.

Disputes and chargebacks

Raise it with us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute. Where a chargeback is raised, we retain the order, execution, and result evidence, pause the related payout, and respond to the processor with that record.
